Your main picture is sometimes what some people will be attracted to first, you need to pull them in. Maybe do something that incorporates your items? Or a cool little picture of your shops name? Your banner is great, maybe something like that - just smaller obviously.

Aside from new listings which you obviously know already, you need to work on your tags. Tags are what people will search into the search bar. You need to revise yours as they are very very crucial. Also you need to add all the materials you used. Try to think of what you would search, if you wanted to come across items like your own. Expand on your item titles and item descriptions. I literally pulled whatever I could out of my head when doing my listings. Check mine out so you get an idea of what I'm talking about:

Also, elaborate on the 'shipping' section in your policies. Mention how long it will take for customers to receive their items.
As for prices, I would raise the price of the earrings you have. Not by much, maybe $10. You should ship to places other than USA. You don't want to be limited. Your shipping prices are okay, but I feel customers (and being a frequent buyer myself) I get attracted to low shipping prices - so many put the shipping price a bit lower and add it to your item prices if you must.
Fill out your "about" profile.
