I still have NO Answers! Outright or NOT?

I have gone through many posts already regarding Outright, Wave and others, but I still don't have a solid answer.

Which one of them has their CRAP right???

Do I pay the darn $99?? Will I have issues??

I have 3 shops and take DC in all 3 and a crap load of sales!

I use Quickbooks Online. I hired a freelance office manager to teach me to use it. It does what I need it to and has amazing customer service when I have any sort of problem.

What are you trying to do? You can pay them $9.95 if you want to try it for a month with full features, then just cancel if you don't like it. You can also contact Jenn Escuela on Etsy, she is their customer service rep. She's very helpful and will get back to you quickly.

No matter what you go with, what 3rd parties you use, what banks you use, what shops/sites you have, how many payment methods you have, how many sales you have, how much your expenses are, how much money you pay to have it done for you, there will always be issues with this kind of thing.

The trick is to find what you are most comfortable working with, as with anything you use, you will have to do the extra legwork to make sure everything is entered and categorized correctly, that the numbers add up, that everything is coming in smoothly. That is the nature of accounting, data keeping, and so-called automation.

Sadly, there is nothing out there that is fully automatic and foolproof....and that is why you haven't received a solid answer to your inquiry.

I don't know anything about Wave, but I have been a member of outright since it opened and sometimes I like it and sometimes I wanna wring it's neck. It seems to have a lot of issues with Etsy and I feel like I'm constantly having to submit a ticket for something to be fixed.

I just want everything to import correctly.

I don't have a whole lot of time to do corrections and triple checking.

Quickbooks, whichever version has the functionality you need for your business, gets my very solid backing.

When Outright was still free I had issues with things not importing. That little circle kept going and nothing was moving over.

Your best bet might be to hire an accountant and just download the files from Etsy and PayPal at the end of the year and give them to the accountant along with your inventory and other records.
