As most of Etsy members are from USA, it made me curious, do you know sth about Estonia and if you do, then what it could be ?:)
Of course all others from everywhere else are also very welcome to say about their toughts :)

Yes, it's south of Finland and was part of the old USSR. I know very little about it - but I do know at Christmas Estonians make piparkoogid, and like pork and sauerkraut... and take saunas.

on the eastern shore of the Baltic, capital Talinn -- that Estonia? North of Latvia.
But do US shoppers know -- unfortunately the majority of my fellow citizens (unless they are male baskeltball fans) are most likely clueless.
Estonia, Ethiopia -- just another E country! :-P

oh, so cute Barbara, that you know we make piparkooke ( gingerbreads) yes, that´ s correct that we like to go sauna a lot, specially smoke sauna, which are quite rare even here as some are left in the countrysides and in small villages. But i have to add that we are independent country for almost 22 years now :) and Finland is our naber across Gulf of Finland.
And thats correct too that we eat pork and "sour" cabbage- mostly for Christmas
Anyone else have sth to share?:) And also about shipping, would you consider buying from here ?

I'm originally from the US, but as I now live in Europe I just bought something from Estonia a couple weeks ago! I'll confess to not knowing a lot about the country, but I do know that Estonia is home to a nice lady who makes lovely crochet gloves which I am now enjoying :-)
