A while back, someone purchased one of my items from the 'wrong' account. We were in a BNR together and she wanted one of her others shops to be on the board and not the one she purchased from. I cancelled the sale, and refunded her money immediately. I renewed the item (which was still coming up as sold after I cancelled) and she bought it again the same night, from one of her other accounts. Two versions of this item were now showing up in the "Sold Items" list - the cancelled one, and the 'real' transaction.
I shipped and marked the item shipped (the second version). She got the thing, loved it, and left positive feedback.
The first instance of the item is still sitting in my "Sold Items" list though! It's like the cancellation never went through on the first one, and I got charged to relist it, and perhaps charged a fee when it sold, too (not sure about that one, lost track).
Most of all it is just still sitting there, annoying my in my un-shipped section. I would feel a lot more organized if it would just go away.
Is there a way to just get this thing removed? Would it be weird to just mark it shipped to get it of my list?
