Etsian Artists is a moderated team with the following requirements:
Any Etsian who is serious about growing their Etsy business through team participation. You must have a well put together Etsy shop with at least 98% positive or no feedback. Don't worry about being perfect, we are not expecting that but we will help you get there!
Being on an Etsy Team can help your shops exposure and in turn help to gain sales and build your shop to it's highest potential. However simply joining this team or any team for that matter is not enough.
Once your application is accepted to be a member of the Etsian Artists Team you will be expected to participate, build team treasuries and check in on what is going on. The reason for this is simple, there is no "I" in Team! The only way this team or any team is going to work for you is if everyone works together. With that being said this is not a place for shameless self promotion through posting and running.
This is a place to share your wares with others that are doing the same and expecting you to look and comment and heart their wares as they will be doing for you! A little bit of scratch my back and I will scratch yours goes a long way folks! If you are looking for a place to post and run and do absolutely nothing more than that, then this is not the place for you.
If you are looking to make friends, contribute, take part in events, read postings from others and help out where you can, join in challenges, tag your items and treasuries with our team tag and much much more, then this IS the place for you. If you would like to become a member of the Etsian Artists Team then....
All team members are expected to read ALL of the following rules and...
- Build a minimum of 1 team treasury a week. Team Treasuries should have a minimum of 8 team members in it if not 100% all team members. More treasuries are always encouraged!
- Check in on the team forum and team blog a minimum of once a week but more is encouraged.
- Participate in team discussions and events when ever possible.
- Tag your items and treasuries with out team tag EAWT
- Look at, comment on and heart your team mates items and they will be doing the same for you
*In an effort to keep our discussion board clean and clutter free so that everyone can easily find the information that they need in a quick and timely fashion we have created a collection of ongoing threads that cover just about everything that would come up. Please post in these threads and reframe from starting new threads whenever possible! Any new threads started unnecessarily WILL be closed, do not take it personally!
*Please post all team and non team treasuries in the appropriate monthly treasury thread.
*Please post all sales, coupon codes, new items etc. in The Lemonade Stand ongoing thread.
*Please post all of your questions no matter what they are or what they are about in our ? Questions ? Thread.
*Our Cupcakes & Tea thread is just a team chat, feel free to jump in and join in the conversation at any time. We chat about everything from Etsy to life in general even if you just need to vent, thats ok too!
*If you are brand new to the team DO NOT start a new thread to introduce yourself! We have an ongoing thread titled Newbies and Oldies Meet and Greet, you should introduce yourself there. (we have a couple of hundred members and growing, imagine how cluttered our discussion board would be if everyone who joined started a new thread to introduce themselves!!!)
*If you would like to share your latest blog post we have a thread for that as well, titled Latest Blog Posts... please use this thread.
*We have threads for Facebook pages, Twitter and whatever else you could probably come up with, please locate these threads before starting any new ones!
