Austin Craft Riot, formerly Etsy Austin, is a group of Handmade Artisans living in the Austin area dedicated to buying local and handmade. The purpose of the team is to bring handmade artists together to network & share business tips; engage in promotional activities for the team; get involved in the Austin indie craft scene; help & inspire each other; make new friends; and have fun! We want to help each team member make a name for him/herself in Austin, while promoting each other and the goodness of handmade!

Our street team meets in person regularly and hosts/participates in local arts and crafts events. We're here to nurture creativity, small businesses, and encourage shopping locally and buying handmade.
