It is a stretchy black band with black secquins on it, would fit any size head (good stretch) and has black rose flower features taffeta like petals, lace petals, black feathers, and a black pearl spray.
Gorgeous! The clip also has a brooch back, and a hair tie which can be used seperately, on the headband, or as a brooch multi purpose.
