This headpiece was inspired by the over-the-top glamorous designs of the Cotton Club and Great Gatsby eras - something to wear to the sound of tinkling pianos and cocktail parties.
It was made using vintage tribal jewellery, cosmetic creamy pearls on gold chain and a pad of pheasant feathers. The focal piece is mounted onto a romantic lace strap that is attached to strong black elastic. The pearls edging the focal piece are very dangly and swishy and tinkle a little when you move your head.
It will fit best a small to medium sized head (22.5 inches/ 57cm seems to be the maximum stretch) and will fit tightly.
This item is one-of-a-kind. You will be receiving the very item that was carefully modelled in the above photograph.
