The dress is Plunging V-Neck and the skirt long a-line cut that flares out in bottom... Very beautiful, elegant, and flattering!... The shoulders have a hand gathered roses of silk. Comes with a black crepe de chine silk sash. The dress has layers and layers of silk chiffon...
