MATERIALS AND METHODS
A handcut piece of solid sterling silver sheet metal is hand stamped with steel stamps, filed to remove sharp edges, then oxidized and polished to bring out the letters and make them easier to read from a distance. The metal is hammered and tumbled for strength and will not easily bend.
The pendants measure approximately 3/4 inches across (~2 cm). On this tag size I can fit 6-8 letters across the middle in my small or medium size font, or 2-3 design symbols alone.
The chain is 16" or 18" of solid delicate sterling silver chain with a sterling silver spring ring or lobster claw clasp (chain pattern and clasp will vary based on availability, but they'll always be sterling silver).
I try to hang the pendants so they're slightly offset, and aren't covering each other completely when you wear them.
I will contact you to verify the design requested. I'll make your necklace once I have received confirmation that you're happy with the layout.
NOTES
I cannot stamp on both sides of the metal since the impression is deep and will show through on the other side.
