The outfit photographed is the exact outfit you will receive. This listing is for the dress and one hair clip only. The doll, shoes and any props you see pictured, are not included with this sale.
The dress is made of high quality purple cotton, the top portion is black cotton and edged in black ric-rac. THe inside of the dress is finished with french seams. The shoulder straps are made of black bias tape and tie at the shoulders. There is a black cotton ruffle that circles the entire bottom of the dress.
The applique was hand appliqued by me. You might be surprised to know that it took me nearly a full day to complete Ursula herself, there is a lot of detail work that goes into making a hand applique - especially one of this size with this many details. I designed Ursula's tentacles to appear like they have wrapped around the entire dress, I wanted the black ruffle to appear to be an extension of her tentacles.
The hair clip is made of grosgrain ribbon, curled by me. The clip can attach to the dress or in the doll's hair.
Overall, this was a really fun dress to create. I love the whimsical feel this dress has, despite that it's centered around a villianous character.
