WOW! I made this skirt at least 2 years ago and packed it away for vending and forgot about! Now I am selling it on Etsy! This is one of the first ruffle skirts I have ever made- it is a bit simpler than my usual skirts- it has no sparkle!
This skirt is easy to match up with black tops and easy to travel with!!! This skirt is the ultimate eye-catcher, designed to make your rump look delicious. Made from several different fabrics= please see pix for details. :) Cut high in the front, low in the back...

MEASUREMENTS:::

33"- 35" inches Low Waist(2" below bellybutton)
36.5"-38.5" inches Hips (widest part)
Looks best if you are 5'1" to 5'4" inches tall.

The coin belt with chains is NOT included....
