I was first introduced to the true story of Sadako Sasaki's 1,000 cranes as a young girl in a countryside Oregon school by our Japanese exchange teacher. My love for origami has only grown over the years, as has my understanding of the importance of finding peace in our day to day lives.
This poster is professionally printed on high quality paper, giving it a slightly glossy sheen and vibrant colors.
As you're checking out leave me a note to let me know if you'd prefer an 8" x 10" poster or an 8.5" x 11" origami poster. If no preference is specified I'll send out an 8.5" x 11" print.
The poster has a white border a little smaller than a half centimeter for easy matting.
This print has been sized to fit two standard Ikea Ribba frames.
1). The 8.5" x 11" print fits in this Ikea frame, with the matting included: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30078337 - as pictured in the first thumbnail image above.
2). The 8" x 10" print fits in this Ikea frame, with no matting: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30078337 - as pictured in the second thumbnail image above.
If you don't already have an Ikea frame - there are some indie choices to be had too! From your local framing shop or right here on Etsy too.
