Those flimsy paper tags get torn, fall off, and leave their annoying little elastic bands all over your luggage handles. Instead, let me make you 2 solid, easy to read, simple but pretty tags for your bags. Over time, the copper acquires a lovely matte patina, giving this tag a lot of character.
You can fit quite a bit on one, so let's work together to create the design.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
A handcut piece of sturdy copper sheet is hand stamped with steel stamps, filed to remove sharp edges, then oxidized and polished to bring out the letters and make them easier to read from a distance. The copper is hammered for strength and will not easily bend.
The tags pictured measure 2.25 inches across (5.7cm) x 1.5 inches tall (3.8 cm). On this tag size I can fit up to 5 lines of text as pictured.
I will contact you via email or Etsy conversation to verify the design requested, and confirm spelling/phone numbers. I'll make your tag once I have received confirmation that you're happy with the layout.
NOTES
I can also make these in nickel silver or golden brass. Just let me know in 'Message to Seller' when ordering.
In this set, tags can be identical or different - your choice!
To protect privacy, I have blurred out the phone numbers in the images. Your tag will not look like this :)

Copper tarnishes over time with exposure to air and water. I'll include a tiny polishing cloth so you can keep your tags shiny over time.
