TIMELINE
Our cookies are all baked fresh and decorated upon ordering. There is typically a 5-7 day production time once ordered. This does NOT include time during shipping.
NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE?
Be sure to contact use prior to ordering if you need your order by a certain date. This is to ensure that the cookies can be delivered in time for your special event.
NEED A HIGHER QUANTITY?
Contact us to discuss a custom listing with adjusted shipping and prices. Be sure to include your zip code so we can calculate the best shipping&handling price for you!
**We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to place your order as we book up quickly for large orders. Ideally, at least a 2 week lead time is recommended, but if you do need it sooner let us know-- we will try to work with you.
PACKAGING
Our cookies come individually packaged in cello bags and tied with a ribbon that matches the cookies. They will then be placed in a bakers box with each layer of cookies separated by bubble wrap. We ship with plenty of padding (and fragile box labels!) to help keep your sweet treats as safe as we can during shipping.
