About the Artist:
Wilmington, NC artist Clair Hartmann grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and is a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
She was inspired and encouraged at an early age by her uncle Jimmy Lueders; an accomplished painter who taught at the Pennsylvania Fine Arts Academy.
Clair’s works and articles about her, have appeared in numerous publications. She is represented in a number of galleries, and in the private collections of individuals and institutions; both nationally, and internationally. Her landscape titled "Marsh Sunrise" was recently acquired for the collection of Baptist Medical in Jacksonville, Florida.
