This fabric features a green background with tiny white shamrocks dancing across the fabric! I used a solid black fabric on the other side which makes this headband reversible.
The headband measures 2" at its widest point and then tapers down to 1" on the sides. This gives it the look of a plastic headband but the soft fabric and elastic backing make is WAY more comfortable! You can wear it all day Pain Free!!! It measures 21" around. This can also be made into Children's sizes. Convo me if you would like a different size!
