The easiest way to figure out sizing is to measure a pair of shorts you already own, and compare.
(Make sure your shorts are lying flat.)
Waist- Measure from one side of the waistband to the other side.
Rise- Measure from the bottom of the crotch up to the top of the waistband.
Inseam- Bottom of crotch from leg opening to leg opening.
Go up a size if you are unsure :)
