This is what I think . . .
Don't let anyone dictate you. And don't be a slave to your ideal, either. Follow your own code of ethics, your own dreams. Standing up for anything in this world will automatically constitute making enemies as well as friends. Do your own thing, anyhow.
The Stand Firm mug is based on a line of jewelry I've made for women. It features the same rustic styling, complete with distressed white ink and the Rosy Revolver logo and website on the back. If right-handed, the Illegitimi Non Carborundum will face outwards whilst you hold it.
I designed the graphics for these mugs myself and had them professionally printed in environmentally safe ink. The high quality terra cotta is substantial without being too heavy when filled with liquid. Each mug is completely dishwasher and microwave safe, and will hold 14 ounces of your favorite beverage. A flowerpot like shape has been chosen as a slight metaphor. Everyday I look out at my garden and take to heart how the smallest of things can grow despite the elements around them.
Drink coffee from it, or tea, or hot chocolate. Or plant something in it. Or throw your pens in it and keep it on your desk. I hope it motivates you. I hope it strengthens and fortifies you. You are worth standing up for . . . may this simply mug help you remember that.
