Here is a guide, and make sure u actually get out a tape measure to find the spot where u want it to sit, and not just the size of pants you wear. That way i can get it to fit you exactly right.
(If its a gift, maybe take a pair of their pants and measure it at the top secretly):
xsm: 26-28
sm : 28-30
med: 32-34
lg: 36-38
xlg: 40-42
**please note that I will add in extra inches for the end part of the belt, and the measurement u provide should be the exact width to where the rings will close.**
