Each pattern is written in the row-by-row fashion you've come to expect from Rebecca, so you can use any yarn and needles you have lying around to create a whole pile of amazingly unique monsters. Each monster is shown in 2 different yarns to get you going. Not only that, but there are a bunch of helpful tips, instructions and photos included in the book to help you through any monster challenge. All of the patterns in the book have an "easy" rating: if you can knit a hat, you can knit a monster!
