These eye-catching capri pants are short, fun and have beautiful movement for belly dance, latin dance or ballroom dance! They are fitted on top, flare into a wide leg and are full and fluffy down to the mid calf. The bottom half consists of layers of vertical flounces finished with mesh pointy-edged square ruffles to increase the volume, weight and sway. The fabric is a textured black and white scaly pattern. The pants are fully lined with soft stretchy lightweight polyester/lycra. The waistband has a booty-flattering wide casing and is reinforced internally with an invisible band of elastic.
