The sash is attached to the skirt and you can make a cute bow on one side. Skirt is fully lined with cotton inside.

Waist: Fits and stretch comfortably for waist from 66cm (26 inch) to 100cm (39 inch)
The sash is 9 cm(3,5 inch) wide and 109cm (42inch) long on each side.
