The top portion of the dress is a super stretchy cotton jersey.I added a floral applique to the front. I also added crystal rhinestones and a velvet neck tie.The waist I added a gold toned sequin ribbon which has been sewn onto mocha lace.The Bottom has two layers of chiffon.The top layer is a ivory color chiffon and the bottom is ivory as well.Fully linedThe entire dress pulls on for comfort.
