The phone looks beautiful and has a nice consistent blue color. There is very little sun bleaching on it (which is so hard to avoid in the blue phones). The dial center with the numbers is a slightly off color to the rest of the body. Its a little hard to capture in pics, but if you look at the #8 in the first pic, you can kind of see the difference in shade. Its obviously not drastic. The phone is very very beautiful. There are a couple little smudges on it, regular vintage wear. Nothing distracting.
The cord looks good. I updated the wall line with a modular plug so it should be ready to go when you unpack it.
The phone comes with a silver wall mount attached for easy hanging. Any excess cord can be fed back in through the hole in the back of the phone.
I did update the dial card to the traditional Bell logo to give it a pretty, crisp finish. The original card is underneath it. Its just an off-white card with a typed phone number on it.
Please convo me any questions you might have! Also, be sure a rotary phone will work on your land line, *especially* if you have a digital phone service like voip or vonage. (If you do, it may still work, you'll just need to buy a little adapter for it).
