Front features 2 six inch by six inch zippered pockets.
"Pit" is a pocket with a vertical 6 inch zipper. Inside is a flat slip pocket at the back to hold your I-Pod with the earphone wires running out through the top of the zipper!
Main compartment has a 17 inch zipper with double tabs, a 7 inch zipper pocket inside on the front wall and padding in the back wall for comfort against your back.
Straps are padded and the lower parts are adjustable web straps. The length goes from 31 inches to 24 inches and can be easily adjusted while being worn.
The back profile is flattened somewhat to fit better against the body.
