I noticed today on Facebook that someone has designated today as Wear Purple Day "to bring awareness to, and put an end to intolerance in honor of the 6 boys who commited suicide in recent weeks/months due to homophobic abuse at home and in schools.&

I think the bullying is even worse now than when we were kids. The turmoil, hate, and judgement does need to be changed to "peace, love, and acceptance"!
