I endeavour to despatch your item the same day or the next available working depending on the time of the day the order is placed. I will send a confirmation message via etsy once your order has been posted

I have tried to include sizes in both inches and millimetre/centimetres but sometimes when dealing with gemstones it is difficult to show both measurements. Please contact me if you need clarification on any sizes, or would like an item in a different size which is not available. Unfortunately the only items I am not able to resize are rings.

The options offered for shipping are standard shipping or tracked shipping.

For USA, Europe (non EU), Australia and New Zealand and standard shipping is international tracked airmail.

If you require a tracked service please select that option

If you need to access, correct or delete personal information held by Etsy, you need to contact them directly as I have no access to your personal information other than what I need to process your order.

All the gemstones used in my creations are genuine and sourced from reliable, trustworthy and ethical suppliers. I have many years experience with gemstones and I have a certified accreditation in Minerals and crystals.

As all the gemstones used are natural, and not manufactured, each gemstone is unique and may contain natural flaws and variations in colour - I try to show this by taking photographs at different angles.
