I now have 2 of these neck warmers and a third one on order. Leena is very quick to respond and to help. The first neck warmer, present from a friend who ordered the wrong colour, was swiftly replaced by one in my colour choice. These neck warmers are wonderful to wear. They are very soft, not a hint of an itch, the colour combinations are excellent and so cosy!! Because they are so neat in size, they are easily stored in a bag or coat pocket when you are out and about. Excellent value for money! Thank you Leena for your help!
