Unless otherwise specified in the item description, items in my shop are ready to ship and will be mailed within 1-2 business days of your order. Most items ship the next business day. You will receive an email notification with package tracking information when your order ships. Note that the shipping times do not equal delivery dates. See "When will my order arrive?" for more information on when you can expect to receive your order once it has shipped.

Regretfully, I am not able to offer to express shipping upgrades or international shipping at this time.

If you are not satisfied with your handmade item, you may contact me about a return within 14 days of its receipt, as marked by the delivery confirmation date. Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold.

Returned items must be shipped in original packaging (including gift boxes), via postal service (Priority or First Class Mail). I recommend you insure the package for your safety. You will receive a refund for the purchase price after I receive the item.

If an item was damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately about a return. I will need the item in its original packaging, including the shipping container, to make an insurance claim with USPS.

I make my jewelry to withstand normal wear. But jewelry is breakable. Glass and ceramic beads and some gemstones may crack if dropped. Wire forms can be bent out of shape if not handled and stored properly. Necklaces and bracelets can be pulled apart if enough force is applied. I do not accept returns of jewelry that has been damaged by improper handling.

Unless otherwise noted for a specific item, my jewelry is not recommended for children. (see above re: "breakable")

Maybe. I would be happy to custom fit a piece of jewelry for you. Keep in mind that some pieces cannot be shortened or lengthened without altering their design, due to the sizes and shapes of the beads. Please contact me about a specific item and I will let you know whether I can adjust the size or perhaps make something similar in the size you want.

I would be happy to create earrings, necklaces, or bracelets to coordinate with other items in my shop. The limiting factor is whether there are sufficient beads or other components of the same type. I source my components in small quantities, often selecting one-of-a-kinds, so it's not always possible to create additional pieces to match. Please contact me about which item in my shop interests you and what coordinating pieces you are interested in, and I will tell you whether I can create what you want.

A non-refundable deposit is required before beginning work on a custom order. The balance is due when the order is complete and ready for shipping. If you are interested in a custom design, send me a message by clicking the *contact shop owner* or *request custom item* links. After we discuss and agree on details like size, colors, materials, I will create a custom listing just for you.

I do not recommend you wear my art jewelry to sleep or while swimming, showering, or bathing. Jewelry is inherently fragile and requires special care. Do not use polishing cloths, detergent, solvents, or sonic cleaners as these will damage the applied finishes. Clean jewelry by wiping gently with a soft lint-free cloth. Apply perfumes, lotions, hair products, etc. before your jewelry to avoid residues that can dull or damage the finishes. To prevent tarnish on bright metals, store them in zip-top bags.

My item descriptions include information about the types of metal used, as I know it to be based on the manufacturer's or distributor's labeling. I do not test the metal composition of the wire, chain, beads, etc. myself. If you experience an allergic reaction to an item you received, you may contact me about a return.

I make every effort to ensure the photographs in my item listings represent the colors of the items as you would see them in person. However, settings on individual monitors may vary and I cannot account for all possible variations. If you are not satisfied with the color of your item, you may contact me about a return.
