Can I track my order online?
You can ask me to help track your parcel.
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account, or sign in to the Etsy app and go to You.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Find your order. On the Etsy app, tap your order.
Click Track Package to see more tracking updates.
You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order.
Click Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship the next day. Custom orders typically ship within 1 to 3 days regardless of shipping method selected. If you need an order to ship by, or arrive by, an specific date we urge you to type in special instructions in the space provided during check out
What happens if the package is lost in transit?
Please drop me a message and we will find out a solution really quickly.
After a missing mail search has been submitted, orders will be eligible for either reimbursement or reshipment.
"Return to sender" parcles
I'm not refunding orders returned back to me for reasons like wrong address or unclaimed after a notice has been left because I can't stock prints. There will be a re-shipping cost to be paid.
Can I return the item ?
We accept returns if shipped back at your expense, per Etsy policy.
Please re-use the original packaging if possible.
Please be aware we cannot refund shipping costs except in cases of shipping damage. Your refund, less any change in value, will be processed promptly upon our receiving your return.
What is the condition of the maps?
All the maps and prints we sell are vintage reprints, so their age must be kept in mind when considering condition.
Often maps (and large prints) have centerfolds; they may also often have some edge discoloration or general discoloration through age, repaired tears, foxing or irregular staining, soiling, etc.
