I make everything to order.
All my jewellery comes on a SPOT THE TREND branded shiny post card put in cellophane bag, ready for giving away as a gift or keep it as a special treat for yourself.

Care instructions
Here is a few tips on how you can make them longer lasting:
- Put on your plated jewelry after you have applied lotion or put on makeup.
-Avoid rubbing plated jewellery against each other.
Store the same type metals together e.g. rose gold plated with other rose gold plated pieces, silver plated with other silver plated.
- Don’t swim in your plated jewelry.
- Clean your plated jewelry gently.
- Store your different plated jewellery in separate pouch

There is wholesale availability with some of the designs in my shop. Contact me for further details.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Everything will come on a branded SPOT THE TREND hard card, packed in cellophane and ready to surprise yourseld of gift away. I try to be envirement friendly as much as I can be, so I don't include printed invoices, but could do if requested.
Also special notes can be added to the parcel, just drop me a message and I can hand write any message :)
Can I return my order?
If you decide you don't like it or slightly bigger or smaller then you thought it would be, of course you can return it. Within 14 days of purchase and please keep it in the original package, in the original state as it was sent to you.
Please contact me and we can arrange return, but since the item is not faulty, the buyer is responsibil for the return.
Data Protection
I only use my personal Macbook to log into my shop, where no one else could log into.
I only keep personal data (name), as long as I need them only for bookeeping and tax purpose.
No data would be ever passed to third party and used for marketing purpose.
Postal delays due the current pandemic
Unfortunately, postal services been hit hard by Covid and everywhere they are short-staffed. This majorly affect small businesses like mine who rely on their service.
Within UK parcels seems to arrive within a week or two, within Europe up to 4 weels, but everywhere else can take up to 8 weeks. Please be patient as it hits me hard as well as a small business :( Apologies and thank you for your understanding!
Custom regulations
Since every country has different custom regulation, there is no way I can know this for each country. Please before ordering, check the regulations and if custom charge is eligible in your country. Shops you ordering from, including me are not reliable for these charges.
