I have enjoyed every step of my StitchKit journey, a journey that is constantly evolving and moving forward.

My first design was simply intended to adorn my wall and occupy a few hours of my time. That life changing impulse was my red 'Home Sweet Home'sampler which became the stepping stone in to the craft world and has continued to be my best seller.

I started designing StitchKits shortly after graduating from Art School as a mature student . StitchKits began as an idea of a way to support myself as an painter but has grown in to something much more. I will always be a painter at heart and hope that that is reflected in my thread work.

It can be a little mind boggling the amount of steps I have to go through get a kit ready for sale, however I love the whole processes. Although a lot of hard work has gone in, the rewards have been huge. There is nothing better than the creative buzz you get from a new idea, from hearing from satisfied customers, from seeing my designs in print. What more could one ask??
