What about customer service?
If you have purchased from us and have an issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and give us a chance to solve the issue before arriving at a conclusion on our customer service. Our priority is to keep you happy and provide amazing products to you, so let us help you solve any issue you may have with your order and provide a proper resolution.
What about shipping times?
Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping times. We only provide estimates so your order may arrive within the timeframe or not. Please note that we can’t cancel your order when it ships, since we can’t retrieve the item from shipping companies, you can however return the dress in the same condition it was delivered for a refund. Please contact us if you need your item on a certain date!
What about listings Infos?
Please note every listing has every detail you need to proceed with a purchase like sizing info, material info, and shipping origin info. We can't be responsible for you choosing the wrong size, not referring to the materials listed in the description or the shipping origin. What is listed is what you will receive. If you have any questions about sizes or materials, refer to the listing on the product you like, and then if you still have any questions, contact me to help in any way I can.
What about sizing details?
We have converted our sizes to EU and US sizing and have provided details in cm and inches. Please refer to the sizing details provided in the listing description to choose the right fit. If you need any help choosing a size, please send us a direct message and we would gladly help you.
What about production partners?
We do outsource the sewing and the engraving of our items to outside sources and hence we ship directly from them overseas, and we also make sure to include these details on our listing shipping origin. Please note that all our items are boho/vintage reproduction pieces. Also keep in mind that when you purchase, we will not accept any claim for a return because of either shipping origin, use of production partners, or/and that the items are reproduction pieces. This information is listed so you can make a fully informed decision before purchase and not after.
What about order cancellation?
Please don’t proceed with an order and a few hours or days later contact us to “cancel this order” because “you have changed your mind” or “you can’t afford it”. This practice is really unfair to every small business owner out there like us. Please be certain you want the item before you hit the buy button since we don’t offer a cancellation.
What about returns?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch it back within 21 days of delivery. Any later than that causes our refusal to accept any item.
We do accept returns on items that can be resold. Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped, not worn, with no stains or tears, and with tags intact. Note that if any item is received in any condition that can’t be resold, we can't proceed with the refund. You as the buyer will pay the return shipping fee to where the item was shipped from overseas.
What about us and returns?
We are a small business, so please make an informed decision before purchasing. We don't accept returns on items that are of the wrong size which could have been solved by referring to the size of the listing, expected different material, which could have been solved by referring to listing materials, or any other reason you could simply find out on our listings.
