Delivery
As most of our items are made to order and handmade we hope to have them made within 2-3 weeks during busy periods. Should you need something quicker (forgotten bday present or an extra little treat) just send us a message and if we can do it any quicker we will let you know.
We cannot take responsibility for any damage incurred during the shipping process. Please ensure addresses are correct as we can't be held responsible for shipment to incorrect or old addresses and this will be down to you to sort out I'm afraid, we can't replace items shipped out to incorrect addresses!
Due to the volume of orders we get we don't always get proof of postage and cannot be held responsible for lost items. If you want the item sent recorded delivery please let us know before you purchase so we can adjust delivery cost.
We ship everything second class which can take up to a week from the time you receive your shipping notificstion so.

Some additional information about out products:
The copper items we make are hand cut therefore please be care when handling the edges as there may be some sharp edges (even though we do rub them down)
As some of copper pieces have been designed with a nursery or children's room in mind, we don't use harsh chemicals to get them to that beautiful shiny colour, we use wire wool and a bit of elbow grease, this does mean that over time the copper may tarnish (we quite like this) all you need to do to get them back to that bright copper colour is give it a bit of a rub with wire wool and TA-DAAAA! Done.
