ALL MY PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER
Please check the dispatch time of the item you order (usually 3-5 days)
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (how long your order will take to get to you)
please allow for delays beyond my control.
UK 1-3 days after dispatch.
Europe 5-10 days after dispatch.
Rest of the world 10-14 days after dispatch.
UK orders are sent first class.
International shipping is standard airmail. There is no tracking with my orders. If you require tracking, please contact me.
International orders over £50 will be sent via tracking at no extra cost to you.
Please note though, I cannot consider packages lost until considerably longer.
UK - please allow 15 days
International please allow 28 days. (Items can occasionally get held up in customs which can delay delivery)
Please contact me if your parcel doesn't arrive. I am always happy to reply to any concerns you have and to keep in touch until your item does arrives safely.
If your item does not arrive after these times you will be entitled to a full refund/replacement.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I generally keep your data for up to 7 years (as required by UK tax law).
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
6. YOUR RIGHTS

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Sizing details
After years of costly mistakes and incorrect sizes ordered. I now have a standard size system which is working well.
If there is no size option, the following apply
Chokers - 14-16 inches (inclusive of chain)
Necklaces -15.5-17 inches (inclusive of chain)
Bracelets fit standard 6-7 inches
Where's my tracking number?
There is no tracking with my orders. I post standard international airmail. Should you require tracking, please contact me for a quote.
How long will my order take to arrive?
DISPATCH TIME
This is the time it takes to prepare your order (dispatch information, noted with each item, Usually 1-3 days, please check though as this can change, especially during busy times.
SHIPPING TIME
UK - I post 1st class. Usually 1-3 days.
Royal mail will not consider items lost until 15 WORKING days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
USA and the rest of the world - Usually 10-14 days.
Many orders arrive before these times. However international orders, although rare, can be subject to delays at customs, which I have absolutely no control of.

Do you post same day?
No, most of my items are made to order. I aim to dispatch within 1-3 days, however this can be slightly longer during busy periods. Please check the details of the item you have ordered (under shipping and polices)

Do you accept returns
Yes (excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons and personalised items) Although buyer pays return shipping there is no further shipping charge for a new size to be shipped to you. Or you may prefer a refund. Please contact me before returning an item.

No, Only one flat rate shipping cost, however many items you buy.
