I require that payments are made within 24 hours of ordering. Due to the nature of the items that I sell, orders will only be made once payment has cleared.

Cancellations will not be possible once and order has been processed due to the nature of the personalised hand stamped items that I sell.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all spelling is correct on your order. This includes names, dates, phrases, etc.

Delivery from the UK is Royal Mail 2nd class as standard or you can chose to upgrade to express delivery where Royal Mail 1st class will then be used. No Tracking. 

All orders sent out are carefully packaged and leave my home in pristine condition.
I can't take any responsibility for items damaged or lost through Royal Mail.

Second class is a more economical service, allowing me to offer you lower postage rates! This is why I have 2nd class royal mail as our standard shipping profile.

POSTAGE UPGRADES
Postage upgrades are available at the checkout and in the P&P upgrades section. If you haven't paid to upgrade your shipping, I won't pay to upgrade your shipping (by keeping the price of my 'Standard Shipping' low and giving customers the choice to pay and upgrade, I am able to keep both my shipping rates and product prices competitive).

If you have any questions about potential delays in the mail please drop me a message, I will always be honest I don't believe your order will reach you on time (It's not in my interest to spend time, money and resources making your order only for me to refund or remake at a later date)

'ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48': Your order once shipped be upgraded to 'Royal Mail Tracked 48', normally arriving in 2-3 business days, tracked giving you peace of mind in having your order tracked and having confirmation when your order is delivered..

'ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS': Your order, once shipped within 3-5 working days, but will be shipped 1st class rather than my standard 2nd class

'UK SIGNED FOR': Your order, once shipped within 3-5 working days, will require a signature on arrival. Perfect for peace of mind!

'UK ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY': Your order will be manufactured within 2-3 working days and once completed your order will be sent Tracked and Signed and will arrive by 1pm* the next working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays); *Due to COVID The Royal Mail may extend their normal guaranteed delivery time from 1pm the next working day to 9pm the next working day without warning). If you need it even quicker please drop me a message.

IMPORT DUTIES:
Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Unfortunately, I will not know if items ordered by my customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid for by you, the recipient of the parcel.

Each item is rolled, cut and stamped by hand, therefore there may be slight variations from one item to the next, but this makes your order even more special and truly unique. 

Personalised pieces are hand stamped letter by letter and number by number. There may be slight differences in individual letter placement and depth. I will always try to make items exactly as I have described to the very best of my ability.

We take the security of your personal details extremely seriously.

1) We do not store any customer details, either physically or electronically.
2) No personal details are ever printed out.
3) We do not use your information to spam you with unsolicited emails or messages and will only message you in regards to an existing and current order you've placed*.
4) We do not pass on your details to anybody or any business.
5) We have no access to any of your financial information.
