Custom and personalised orders
Where personalisation of an item is possible, this will be stated in the individual listing. If you require an item in a colour or quantity that is not listed, please contact us using the "Request a custom order" button at the top of the page and we will try to accommodate your request where possible.
When will my item arrive? (UK locations)
The time needed to prepare an order is stated in individual listings as it varies depending on the items ordered. We want your item to be with you in time for your event so please take the timescales below into consideration before placing an order. If you need an item to be delivered at short notice please contact me beforehand to know whether this is possible.
To keep postage costs low for customers, all items are sent second class with upgrades available at checkout. Royal Mail estimates that 2nd class mail will take 2-3 business days but this may vary due to busy periods, bank holidays and staff shortages in some areas. If your item has not arrived after a week please send me a message so that i can check the tracking number
Important shipping information
Any arrival dates provided to you by Etsy are a GUIDELINE ONLY and based on the postal service in the UK. It doesn't take into account bad weather, postal strikes, customs, or UK national holidays.
The UK postal service say to allow a maximum of 10 days for delivery in the UK so we CANNOT replace or refund a lost parcel until this timescale has passed to allow the package a REASONABLE TIME to arrive first. The time will start on the day the item was shipped as per the email confirmation you receive via Etsy when we post it.
If your item is returned by the shipper we will contact you. We will confirm your details with you and require you to pay additional postage to resend your order.
What happens if my item is damaged or items are missing?
We pack our items with the upmost care but once they are posted we rely on the carrier to get them to their final destination in the same state they left. If your package has arrived and you are missing items or the items are damaged please let us know within 3 working days of delivery. To work with you to resolve these issues we will need photos of the packaging and any damaged items.
Returns
We want you to love the items as much as we do but we also understand that sometimes you may need to return an order. If you do need to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure the items are unused as used items cannot be refunded.
Please note, that for a change of mind or buyer has made a mistake in a personalised item then the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs. If there is a fault caused by the seller or the item is damaged then return postage costs will be refunded.

All items are sent international tracked. Royal Mail estimates that international tracked mail will take 7 business days but this may vary due to busy periods, the item being held up at customs and your own country's postal service once received at your destination.
