The brim has a wide spaced picot edge. It was constructed from the moebius strip: a one sided surface with one or more odd numbered twists.
The crown fits comfortably, is adjustable and surrounded with rings. The top has a dazzling shapely picot flower and two bobble edged leaves. They are securely mounted together.
