This dress is so sweet and stylish. Soft cotton/polyester blend with ruched bodice, spaghetti straps, pleated twirling skirt, and flattering empire waistline. In excellent vintage condition, with only the most minor signs of age. The skirt has a sheer top layer, trimmed in ruffles, and a full, attached slip. From "Phase II, California" in a vintage size 11. Ideal for xs-medium.Taken when laid flat at resting point, double for measurements. There is give to the fabric.
