Mosaic Pendant No. 22153

Description

This lovely piece of wearable art is done with many different pieces of dichroic glass laid out in a mosaic design. To accentuate the depth and beauty of the piece it is topped with clear glass. It has vibrant gorgeous hues of cinnamon,green, blue, teal, pink and red. Dichroic means is reflects more than one color when it moves. Dichroic glass comes in beautiful colors, patterns, and textures as you can see from the pendant. Sometimes the picture doesn't show the true beauty and depth of the pendant, you will be pleasantly surprised in person. The pendant measures 35mm X 40mm large sterling silver plated bail included. The picture was shot using a black twist cord that I sell at my shop along with an variety of sterling silver chains at my shop.

I make all my one-of-a-kind wearable art in my home studio. There is no two pieces alike! All glass is compatible and has been annealed; cooled slowly for durability and strength. They are usually designed with three or more layers of glass and can be fired up to four to five different times in my kiln to achieve the effect I want.
