Blue Petals Were Her Pillow-Mixed Media on Wood Panel by Sujati

Original mixed media painting on wooden panel.
I am delighted to bring you this deeply colourful and very interesting fantasy painting.
This work full of depth and rich in texture and incorporates layers of inks,oil pastel,glazes,acrylics and collaged elements on wooden panel which measures (approx) 21" square (approx 31cm sqare). The panel is about .5cm thick.
This work is entitled 'Blue Petals were Her Pillow' and is being offered for sale without a frame as it would look equally well displayed on a stand (see photo-my stand NOT included!) or could be framed if preferred so I will leave that choice to the buyer!

The photos were taken in natural daylight to reflect the colours as accurately as possible. It has been glazed and sealed with a double layer of gloss varnish so there is a little reflection showing despite my best efforts.Monitors may vary slightly.In 'real life' the colours are very rich and dense.

A haunting and deep piece which would make a lovely addition to any art collection, this work has been carefully sealed and protected with a double layer of artist's matt varnish for durablility. and UV protection-although,as with any art work, it is not recommended to hang in direct sunlight.
