**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION regarding Koratron (from the website, referenceforbusiness.com): Koret made a major breakthrough in 1961 when it developed the Koratron permanent press process, which it used to put pleats in its skirts. Specifically, Koratron was a "post-curing" process: fabric received a chemical pretreatment and, once made into a finished garment, heat was applied to activate the permanent press properties. The resulting garment was better able to hold its shape and resist creases.
