Breakfast at Tiffanys

Description

This is a fused glass art piece that is framed in a black 8"x10" frame with an opening of 6"x8". This frame has backing on it so it may be hung on a wall or placed on a table. A re-creation of the famous pose of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. From her diamond (swarovski crystals) necklace to her sleek cigarette holder, this famous diva is made of all fused glass. This truly is one of my best creations and will definately be a hot item for any Audrey fan!

Each piece of glass is handcut by me, layered and then fused together in my kiln at 1450 - 1500 degrees. All of my pieces are fused with compatible glass and annealed (cooled slowly) for durability and strength. I also incorporate dichroic glass throughout my pieces. This glass leaves a beautiful effect as the metallic coating absorbs and reflects different colors of light at different angles.
