This listing is for a super cute double skirt. The two layers hang free of each other and are connected only at the zipper and waistline. I've used Ginger Blossom fabric by Sandi Henderson for Michael Miller. Its 100% cotton and totally machine washable and dryer safe.

This skirt is a girls size 8 with a waist measurement of approximately 24.5". The finished length is approximately 16.5".

The construction is professionally finished with serged edges, like the shirt you're wearing now. Go ahead, look at your shirt. See, serged edges.
