watery teal palmera singlet
Description
This singlet features a lovely watery teal palmera leaf with crisp, silvery accents. It has been deeply etched to give it texture and color saturation. The colors feel natural and light, like looking into a pool of water on a spring morning. There are places where the colors feel more aqua or more earthy, but never artificial or muddy.The piece has been mounted to float above a wooden backing. I routed the edge of the wood to create a decorative border, and stained it a deep teal green. I routed a keyhole hanger into the back of the board so that it hangs perfectly flush with the wall.
The finished piece measures 7 1/4" square (18.4cm); the inner tile is 4" square (10.16 cm)
