This .999 Pure Silver Collar Necklace was designed to stay open on the side. Very comfortable and unique design. The tear shape turquoise drop is suspended from a 925 sterling silver wrap and is accompanied by a faceted rose quartz. Native Americans believe turquoise to be a stone of protection and rose quartz is said to bring love and tranquility into your life. This is easily molded to your neck and stays nicely in place. I would say if you can wear a 16" necklace comfortably that you can wear this piece.The wraps and sweaters shown with this collar in the various photos are sold separately within other listings in my store.
