Curved Panel Circle Skirt in Red Blue and Stars
Description
This unique panel skirt is made from dark blue and dark red cotton panels as well as a woven tan, red, blue, and stars and stripes fabric. Each panel curves down the skirt. It opens to create a full circle which makes it very fun to wear. The elastic waist band makes for a comfortable fit.Measurements:
Waist: 26-32" Max stretch is 37"
Length: 17" **Please note this skirt is shorter than most in my shop.
