Visiting Day Vase

Description

The characters in this mini vase emerged from the natural patterns that the paper mache formed. I like to look at the form and see 'who's in there' before I start drawing.
This wound up being a scene of 10 people in what looks like an idyliic day on the grounds of a nursing home, hence the name.

The vase measures about 4" high x 3" wide at the opening.

It's eco-friendly - recylced from paper bags. Multiple layers of waterbased polyurethane ensure stability and many years of enjoyment. Some of my older pieces were made in the 80's and are still in perfect condition!

The piece is signed and dated and will be bound to be a conversation piece!
