The Day They Found A Turtle Bowl

Description

The scene depicted on this bowl emerged from the natural patterns that the paper mache formed. I like to look at the surface and see 'who's in there' before I start drawing. This wound up being a scene of 10 people and a dog who came across a turtle in the park. The star of the story, the turtle appears again, at the base of the bowl.

It measures about 4" high x 5" wide at the opening.

It's eco-friendly - recylced from paper bags. Multiple layers of waterbased polyurethane ensure stability and many years of enjoyment. Some of my older pieces were made in the 80's and are still in perfect condition!

The piece is signed and dated and will be bound to be a conversation piece!
